What is CSS ?

CSS by definition means cascading style sheets. The term cascading derives from the fact that multiple style sheets can be applied to the same web page. CSS allows you to change the appearance of hundreds of web pages by changing just one file.

With CSS designers can create style sheets that define how different elements can such as headers, links, colours and fonts appear.

CSS was deleveloped by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C)

Why CSS help ?

CSS help was developed to help understand cascading style sheets and pass on information through tutorials to others.

We hope to offer the very latest CSS programming techniques, hacks and experiments.

We have recieved a great deal of emails asking for a featured site section. Hopefully in the coming month we will open our features section and preview th every latest cutting edge css designs.
